ManpowerGroup HR Business Partner in Jonesboro, Arkansas

Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Title: HR Business Partner / Employee Relations Specialist

Location: Jonesboro, AR 72401

Pay Range: $50-70 per hour

Contract: 4 months (with likely extensions)

What's the Job?

  • Conduct an employee investigation from start to finish with all the proper documentation, summary & details

  • Support line managers with employee relations matters, performance management, policy queries and guidance on HR processes

  • Activities will include, but are not limited to, Performance Management, Employment Law/Legal Compliance, Employee Advocacy, advising on HR policies and processes

  • Coach and counsel employees, front line leaders and managers on employee relation matters.

  • Ability to direct and manage end to end ownership of HR solutions/rollouts for the site

What's Needed?

  • 3 – 4 years minimum experience in Manufacturing Employee Relations or Factory HR experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related field

  • Labor relations and grievance handling experience

  • Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly and persuasively as well as ability to influence others

  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
