Our 480-bed facility includes a nationally recognized heart and vascular program that can handle even the most complex procedures, as well as one of the nation’s leading cancer centers, three Healing Arts Pavilion treatment centers, and a high-capacity Level II emergency and trauma center.

We are looking for a Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team and work PRN (As Needed) 230-11p

What You Will Do

Facilitate the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.

  • Prepare surgical operating suite with sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies.

  • Hand required and requested instruments and supplies to surgeon during surgery.

  • Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning and draping patients.

  • Maintain instruments in an organized manner and monitor and track instrument count throughout procedures.

  • Assist surgeons provision of hemostasis during surgery

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.

Work Experience:

  • Previous experience highly desired
