Summary About the Position: This positoin is located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in the Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security Department. Responsibilities Develop standard operating procedures (SOP) for a medical center. Provide recommendations on medical costs involved in large scale exercise planning and resourcing. Coordinate with the Tricare manager when international militaries conduct exercises on JBLM IAW medical rules and regulations. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes preparation, coordination, and execution of operational plans, orders and exercises that supports the Readiness medical mission requirements for a military healthcare facility. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
