Chevron Malaysia Limited is accepting online applications for the position of Associate Business Consultant B2B Fuels & Lubricants l ocated in Johor Bahru , Malaysia .

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible and fully accountable to manage B2B In-Direct & Direct Fuels and Lubricants business in the assigned territory. This includes consistence discipline execution of short and long-term growth plan to meet business plan goals.

  • Executes the customer value proposition for key area customers in target segments. Leverages products, services, programs, pricing, promotions and solutions to maximize the level of return and meet customer requirements.

  • Coach and mentor distributors in the effective execution of the sales process and improve overall distributor capability. Maintains good and strong business relationship with customers and ensures expectations are being met.

  • Consistently applies best practices across different units to resolve issues and pro-actively seeks assistance, collaboration to achieve goal.

  • Develops leads acquisition plans based on full assessment of Customer needs, business constraints and Cost to Serve. Able to suggest alternative action plans to resolve Credit, Product supply and service issues that arise during Customer acquisitions.

  • Identifies issues to reduce past dues and doubtful debts. Proactively develops and executes plans to achieve Collection targets with strong understanding of Credit cost and exposure in total customer profitability.

  • Collaboration with other internal stakeholders to achieve enterprise goals.

  • Perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as and when may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in petroleum or related petroleum industry, preferable with experience in commercial sales in Fuels & Lubricants.

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, especially manage, lead distributors channel and key corporate account.
