SAFETY INTERN Concurrent Technologies Corporation Johnstown, PA

Minimum Clearance Required: N/A Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: N/A Employment Background Check Required

Key Responsibilities: Assist Principal EHS with day-to-day safety requirements plus special projects as developed. Possible projects include: SDS Database Management Lockout-Tagout assessments and modifications Machine Guarding Evaluation Hazard Communication Evaluation and Improvement Written Safety Program Evaluation and Revisions to meet ISO 45001 requirements. Industrial Hygiene Assessments

Basic Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Safety Science or a related field. Completion of Junior year (enrolled as a Senior).

Preferred Qualifications: Good oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective time-management and organizational skills. Team player with a strong desire to learn. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
