Description: Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reviews documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer.

• Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to moderately complex.

• Attends and leads program corrective action meeting, identifies trends, assists in problem resolution, and ensures responsible parties meet commitments.

• Participates as an active member of Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards which includes reviewing the disposition of non-conforming hardware, identifying hardware containment , identifying appropriate root cause and corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence.

• Performs assessments and audits on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings, procedures and ISO-9001/AS9100.

• Interfaces with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality related issues.

• Utilizes lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement.

• Plans and reviews First Article Inspections (FAIs) in accordance with AS9102

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors STEM degree or higher

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication

skills.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment.

Desired Skills:

- Previous experience in a metal fabrication/assembly environment

- ISO-9001/AS9100 knowledge

- ASQ CQE/Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques/ Green Belt Certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
