Provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families.â€¯ Practices to the fullest extent of their license in accordance with organizational policies.â€¯ Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, functions as a member of the Patient Focused Care Team in collaboration and implementation of the established patients plan of care.â€¯ Participates with the Nurse Manager in continuous performance improvement.â€¯ Provides care specific to ages and developmental needs of adult and geriatric patients.
Graduate of a nursing school
Current PA RN license
AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Course Certification, or acquired during the first 90 days.
Neonatal Resuscitation Certification, or acquired during the first 90 days.
