Citizens Partner Lending Ops Team Lead in Johnston, Rhode Island

The Capital Call Operations Team Lead will be the go-to leader of all capital call transactions and processing for the clients of the Partner Lending business. Partner lending will offer lending facilities to individual consumer borrowers as they seek to invest in Private Equity/Venture Capital funds.

The Capital Call Operations Team Lead position will lead a team of analysts to support the partner lending business by facilitating the capital calls made by firms. Working with colleagues in the Partner Lending business, this role will ensure all capital call information is captured, provide guidance to analysts on client due diligence, and oversee all capital distributions for Partner Lending. This role will lead the capital call team on all capital call processes, reporting, and monitoring for Partner Lending.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Responsible for the creation and ongoing management of all team processes, templates workflows, client relation models and system integrations

  • Oversee the processing and distribution of capital call requests from the Partner Lending clients

  • Provide expertise and support to the capital call analysts facilitating the call requests

  • Work directly with Partner Lending team members to gather all necessary capital call information

  • Provide periodic updates and reviews of capital call activity to ensure accuracy

  • Lead the creation of capital call reports and monitor all capital call requests for accuracy

  • Assist in building automated processes to support a large number of transactions

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 5 years+ experience in fund accounting, lending operations and banking

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
