As we gear up for our peak processing period, we are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional service to our customers during this critical time. As a Customer Service Representative specializing in education finance, you will play a vital role in handling incoming calls related to application status, technical inquiries, electronic signatures, and over-the-phone applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exemplary service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to promote our products and services, exceed sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of the team. If you have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience and believe in providing a world class customer service experience then this is the role for you!

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 9 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative your Job Duties Include:

  • Answering 50 - 70 incoming sales calls from prospects and customers who have a need for Consumer Lending Products

  • Take incoming calls on College Loan application status, the application itself, & electronic signatures.

  • Reviewing loan options & completing the applications over the phone.

  • Assess customer needs through the established Sales framework to identify, advise and recommend solutions for customers & prospects.

  • Serve as the key contact for the borrower throughout the application process.

  • Meet and exceed established volume goals.

Skills:

  • 2 + years experience in Customer Service Sales ideally in a call center, Financial services experience a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and successfully in a team environment.

  • Superior organization and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast environment.

  • Capable of delivering results within a specified timeframe.

  • Shift hours between 10:00 am - 7:30 pm Monday through Friday
