Nurse Business Manager, UHS Wilson Medical Center United Health Services is seeking a Nurse Business Manager to join our Central Nursing department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$43.34 - $65.34 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Nursing, the Business Manager for Nursing Services provides strategic planning, fiscal management, project leadership and analytical support for Nursing Departments that report up to the Vice President of Nursing. Works closely with administration, Nursing Leadership, Finance, Human Resources, other business managers and various other departments to optimize the reporting functions for key metrics within nursing service to drive organizational operating goals and financial performance.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
Bachelors degree in healthcare, accounting, analytics, business, economics, finance, IT nursing or related field
Three to five (3-5) years of direct experience with healthcare and/or business management
Preferred:
- Master's degree in healthcare, accounting, analytics, business, economics, finance, IT nursing or related field
License/Certification
Preferred:
PMP or CAMP (project management) or desire to achieve within 2 years of hire
Lean Six Sigma certification or desire to achieve within 2 years.
