Director of Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging, UHS Wilson Medical Center United Health Services is seeking a Director of Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging to join our Office Of The COO department at UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Overview
The Director of Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency of the radiology and imaging department for UHS Hospitals, including hospital-based and outpatient locations. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in radiology and imaging procedures, and the ability to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
5 + years leadership experience in Radiology/Imaging
Prior technical/clinical experience within an Imaging/Radiology modality
Preferred:
Master's degree in radiologic technology, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems), and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
Strong knowledge of radiology and imaging procedures, equipment, and technology
7+ years of progressive leadership experience in Radiology and Imaging, with a track record of successful departmental management
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent
State licensure as a radiologic technologist or radiology administrator
Experience working and partnering with Medical Staff and Physician Practices
