Core Responsibilties:
Provide Software Support on ATM applications and systems
2nd and 3rd Level Technical Support & Troubleshooting on SW issues
Solve customer software queries within timeframes set in SLA.
Identify and document software changes that may be required prior to quotation.
Manage software development according to customer specifications.
Keep up to speed with new software releases from NCR.
Manage and resolve escalations within allocated time frames
Prepared to travel on short notice
Relationship Management with internal and external clients & suppliers/OEM
Participate in operational meetings or projects as required
Product info sessions and guidance sessions
Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to business policies, processes and procedures
Assist with site specific documentation in order to ensure that it is updated, accurate and conforms to NCR standards
SW Product Management and release control
Knowledge of software disk builds and disk imaging process
Information security
Quality assurance
Qualifications:
Grade 12 and relevant qualification
B.Sc Degree in Computer Science (or other IT related Degree)
Years of Experience:
· 2-3 years’ development/support and testing experience
· 3-5 years’ experience in ATM/SST development
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of NCR Self Service devices
Desktop PC hardware
MS Office skills
Computer Networking skills (A + and N + or MCSE Qualification preferable)
APTRA suite of products, incl APTRA XFS, APTRA Vision
XFS knowledge advantageous
Business & Financial Acumen
