Position Summary 岗位概要：

The VAVE Electrical engineer will work cross-functionally in supporting Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) programs including lab equipment system cost reduction and quality-based product enhancement for existing commercialized products.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities 基本工作职能及责任 :

Lead and take responsibility of design optimization of VAVE projects and manage the update of PCBA/HLA and electrical component designs to improve quality and cost. Follow the global engineering change process to take the responsibility of electrical component/sub system development including concept, specifications, and feasibility prototype/test. Successfully interact with key group members in Software and Mechanical Engineering. Technical support to sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and other cross function departments. Conduct supplier design review and ensure adequacy of supplier part qualification. Participate and lead workshops to build cost reduction business case and funnels. Active participation in multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the supplier transfer process.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably MS in electrical engineering.

• Knowledge of PCB layout, processing, and testing techniques.

• Experience creating, interpreting, and modifying schematic drawings.

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good at Microsoft office

Experience Qualifications:

• Prefer work experience and strong capability in refrigeration system design.

• Fluent English in both oral and writing communication.
