What you’ll do:

Performs Mechanical & Design Engineering functional responsibilities for APAC ENG team.

执行亚太区工程团队分配的强度计算和结构设计职责。

Conduct design and relevant engineering tasks for ETO (Engineering To Order) filtration products and projects (mainly for complex & customized orders) adhere to given time and budget to meet customer requirements, optimize manufacturability and cost competitiveness.

按照给定的时间和预算， 对ETO的过滤压力容器和项目 （主要针对非标产品）进行设计计算及相关设计工作， 以满足客户需求，优化产品可制造性，提高成本竞争力。

Effective in a pressure vessel design ETO support role for one or more Eaton Filtration Division product lines with Standard, Modified Standard and Complex order risk classifications.

负责支持维护至少一条伊顿过滤产品线中的标准型、改制型和复杂型产品，有效支持该产品线的ETO(按单设计)工作。

Effective supporting division & local PROLaunch-NPI projects as a team member, to provide engineering input & output from design perspective.

对于伊顿全球及本地新产品开发项目，作为团队成员从设计角度提供技术输入，输出可交付成果，提供技术支持。

Lead & manage VAVE and CI projects which established in plant annual plan, to achieve the division goal for cost out and efficiency improvement.

负责管理工厂年度运营计划中确定的VAVE和CI项目，以达成部门年度成本节约和效率提升目标。

Perform sustaining engineering to improve engineering deliverables around quality and cost-out as a team leader.

1. Can support resourcing, production and quality functions in manufacturing pressure vessels, including prompt response to relevant questions for third party inspectors and customers.

能够针对压力容器产品的制造，为采购、生产和质量团队提供支持，并能对第三方检验员和客户提出的相关问题进行适当的回答；

2. Coordinate with global engineering team for project related engineering activities to support new products inter-company transfer and localization projects in Jining plant.

与伊顿过滤全球工程团队合作，完成相关工程工作，以支持新产品内部转移和国产化项目。

3. Develop and implement Engineering standards, techniques, knowledge, and processes in support of the development, construction and fabrication of Filtration products, in compliance with ASME code and Eaton specification.

开发和实施工程标准、工艺、知识和流程， 以支持过滤产品的研发、建造和装配符合ASME规范和伊顿技术规范。

4. Maintain high level of awareness with mechanical advances in the engineering field through formal education, technical seminars and/or product design exhibitions to ensure our continued product leadership.

5. Leverage relevant tools to attain Continuous Improvement on product design and process design for reduction of cost and improve the quality.

6. Provide pre-sales engineering support to Technical Sales Service, and to external customers as needed, to assure the contractually specified technical requirements are fulfilled.

o Provide timely and accurate pre-sales assessment of customer requirement and project specification impact on Modified Standard and Complex risk class job costing and lead time.

o Effectively communicate with customers across Asia on our design considerations of filtration products.

Qualifications:

Required:

A. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Process Equipment, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related majors.

本科及以上学历，过程装备与控制工程、化工机械、机械设计及相关专业。

B. Have 3+ years experiences of pressure vessel design，capable of mechanical calculation and structure design as per ASME code, and interact with 3rd parties for analysis when needed (e.g. seismic, Nozzle load, etc.).

拥有3年以上压力容器设计经验, 能够按照ASME规范独立完成强度计算和结构设计，也能与第三方合作完成分析设计（如地震载荷，管口载荷等）。

Skills:

Required:

• Skilled in vessel design software, drafting software and Office, such as PV Elite, AutoCAD, and Solidworks.

熟练使用容器设计软件，绘图软件和办公软件，如 PV Elite, AutoCAD, Solidworks和Office软件。

• Familiar with advanced Code & Standard of metallic pressure vessel design, including ASME BPVC Section VIII Div. 1 and GB150; related ANSI and ASTM specifications for components and materials;

熟悉钢制压力容器的设计标准，如ASME VIII-1卷和 GB150；熟悉相关的ANSI零部件标准和ASTM材料标准。

• Advanced fabrication and manufacturing techniques including advanced welding requirements of vessels.

了解先进的压力容器生产制造工艺和先进的焊接技术。

• Can serve as a design checker for Foundation-class work. Can serve as a trainer on pressure vessel software.

能够对常规产品进行设计校核，并能够针对设计软件进行培训。

• Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred 首选能力:

a. Able to work as an individual contributor as well as a cross-functional project team member

b. Familiarity and proficiency in ERP system usage.

熟悉并能够熟练使用ERP系统。

c. General knowledge of Filtration industry including familiar with products and applications such as bag filters.

对过滤行业有一定了解，熟悉袋式过滤器等的产品和应用。

d. Team-oriented problem-solving skills and corrective action methodology.

以团队为中心的问题解决技巧和纠正预防措施方法。

e. Familiar with upstream and downstream of Design phase, such as application engineering and mfg engineering.

熟悉设计阶段上下游的其他业务，比如产品应用工程和制造工艺。

f. Have an overview of vessel quality system, experience in manufacturing dossier content and assembly.

对压力容器质量体系有一定的了解，参与产品制造档案内容的准备和整理。
