Job Description

The Position and Responsibilities:

Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Management – Jersey City, NJ will:

  • Support the implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy globally and facilitate the execution of pre-defined processes in conjunction with other functions, departments and regions within the Company.

  • Support New Production Introduction Global Process Steward with PMO support for development and enhancement of NPI product lifecycle tools.

  • Facilitate and support periodic meetings/work sessions with functional and workstream stakeholders for pre-defined topics.

  • Work with business SMEs to document NPI product lifecycle tools requirements for future enhancements.

  • Support definition of requirements for integration of data from NPI product lifecycle tools from other key systems (MRP/Artwork/Regulatory).

  • Support coordination and definition of regular data upload and refresh from source systems to NPI product lifecycle tools.

  • Support coordination and definition of regular key metric reporting from NPI product lifecycle tools.

  • Facilitate data extraction from existing PLM systems and SAP to ensure SKU list is refreshed periodically.

  • Analytics and data support to manage importation process of excel-based NPI product lifecycle tools to other future developed NPI product lifecycle tools.

  • Support documentation and development of NPI product lifecycle tools training materials.

  • Facilitate collection and documentation of NPI product lifecycle tools user feedback and lessons learned for business and technical owners.

  • Facilitate training and onboarding of users for NPI product lifecycle tools and drive Q&A sessions.

  • Support development of NPI GOM strategy. Support development and maintaining an updated repository for NPI topics in defined SharePoint.

Required Education, Experience and Skills

  • Must have Bachelor’s degree (or its US equivalent) in Business Management or Life Sciences or related field.

  • Must have five years experience in pharmaceutical environment. Experience in working in a highly regulated environment required.

  • Must possess strong skills in MS Office, Excel, and project management.

  • Familiarity with SAP/MRP systems and broad knowledge in all aspects of supply chain management (artwork, supply chain planning, trade logistics) also required. Annualized Salary Range (US)

$147,285.00 - $157,100.00
