Global Risk Management (GRM) leads bank-wide initiatives for management of all aspects of risk, including strategic, market, credit, compliance, liquidity, operational, model and reputational risk matters to support sustainable, profitable corporate growth.

In a data driven economy, strategic data asset management is foundational to add to the enterprise value. Within GRM, we have established the Data Strategy & Management (DSM) function. A key pillar of this function is a strong Data Governance foundation.

Job Description:

Under the GRM Data Governance Executive’s leadership, the Reporting Analyst will partner with the DSM leadership team to define metrics and thresholds to monitor data health and to track progress on key data governance and strategy initiatives. The reporting analyst will also be accountable for implementing data governance metrics within an automated dashboard.

Responsibilities:

• Define metrics and thresholds to monitor data health within Global Risk Management

• Define metrics and thresholds to track progress on key data governance and strategy initiatives

• Implement data health and progress tracking scorecards and dashboards

• Automate metrics within dashboard tools

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration

• 5+ years of experience with reporting dashboard design (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx)

• Demonstrated ability to lead design sessions, develop business requirements and implement those requirements within reporting dashboards

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to work in a complex, fast-paced and evolving environment

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the financial industry

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Need resource for Reporting Dashboards design. As they build out the foundation of metadata, data controls, etc, they will need to have a data "health" dashboard to give everyone visibility of where everything stands. They don’t have anyone with this skillset to do the dashboard design. They really need to get the consistent data health dashboards in place to oversee the enterprise data management policy adherence. Right now every Risk LOB
