JPMorgan Chase Senior Associate - Product Delivery in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in CTC's Core Services organization, you are responsible to optimize and integrate product processes, tools and people. You will work to bring together key elements of a product line and its Products to ensure coordinated outcomes. Working with the Product Delivery Director and the Product team, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives

  • Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs

  • Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity

  • Develops change initiative materials and change timelines

  • Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

  • Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives

  • Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices

  • Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized

  • Works with Product Owners, Delivery Director, agility leads, and engineering to support the alignment of Epics and stories to help track product deliverables and success

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.

  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, data and judgment.

  • Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills to both technical and product audiences, including senior executives.

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Jira-Align & Confluence including Reporting.

  • Experience with agile product development techniques and delivery
