BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12+ Months.Job Type: CONTRACT, ON-SITE- HybridPay Range: $65/hr.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Requirements:Market Data Technology & Services (MDT&S), is a function within Application Production Services & Engineering, responsible for the full product lifecycle for News, Real-time, Reference and Index data across the firm.* Organized globally MDT&S consists of the following departments:* Business Advisory & Inventory management* Technical Engineering & Development* Technical Operations* Service DeliveryEngineering & Development are responsible for the architecture and development of market data technologies deployed at the firm. The teams goal is to provide a reliable managed market data service that can be used by business groups to facilitate the dissemination of pricing data globally in the firm.The new hire will be a senior member of the Market Data Development team and will play a key role in facilitating the integration of market data technologies within the firm. He /She will also be involved in design and deployment of market data systems and services that will be used by the different business units in the firm.The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience in software development.
