Manage work efficiently to minimize disruptions to building services
Oversee preventative maintenance program, including scheduling and task delegation
Order parts, maintain inventory, and handle equipment installations
Train and supervise staff to improve their skills and professionalism
Teach proper tool use, safety procedures, and basic maintenance techniques
Comply with safety policies for hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace
Plan and manage budget, including recommending repairs for annual budgeting
Ensure adequate inventory of tools and supplies through regular checks and orders
Develop relationships with suppliers and manage purchase order requests
Perform additional duties as needed to support overall facility operationsHere is who we are looking for:
Required
An active member of the Local 68 Union
5+ years of building engineering including a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
Valid driver's license
Black Seal Boiler and Blue Seal Refrigeration licenses
CFC Universal licensePreferred
Experience working in a critical environmentPay $43.51 hourly
