JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Executive Director, Product Owner-Outsourced Family Office in Jersey City, New Jersey

The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. The combined business has one trillion in Assets Under Management and 5,000 advisors located across 3,500 branches and 20 offices.

The JPMorgan Wealth Management Outsourced Family Office product team defines and executes on the strategy for multiple vendor and proprietary performance reporting, aggregation and portfolio analytics focused on offering a total solution for managing financial, investment, planning, and other comprehensive needs of high net worth families and the advisors who serve them. This includes investment client specific capabilities such as client portfolio aggregation, proposal building, portfolio risk analysis & risk monitoring to support investment management and coordinated financial management of a family's entire balance sheet. The Outsourced Family Office product organization includes the Aggregation Area Product and the Portfolio Tools Area Product.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the product's vision and execute the strategy to achieve it

• Drive the product roadmap and define specific, measurable OKRs for the product

• Collaborate with product director on an ongoing governance model to monitor and communicate progress; proactively identifying and resolving issues

• Manage Area Product Owners aligned to the product

• Build relationships with cross-functional teams, including Business, Front office, Technology, Legal, and Regulatory Controls teams to understand paint points and drive solutions

The Product Owner of Outsourced Family Office overseeing both the Client Performance Aggregation and Portfolio Tools area products will:

• Ensure there is communication, alignment, and coordination across all stakeholders by creating and facilitating project status and executive summaries; communicating effectively with with peers, cross-functional team members, and senior stakeholders

• Lead APOs through formulating OKRs that are measurable and align to the overall big rocks and key business drivers

• Serve as a thought leader who drives multiple strategic, complex, and highly visible programs across LOBs and functions

• Step in as-needed to address escalating issues and take ownership of a remediation plan to ensure on-going consistent production quality

• Create and socialize detailed product updates to represent the product in key community forums such as budget planning, monthly cabinets and business reviews

• Serve as the product subject matter expert for each of the applications within the product.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry, with at least 5 years in product management

• Experience with an integration of multiple external vendors to compliment proprietary offering

• Expertise portfolio reporting and accounting processes with an understanding of complex investment products

• Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle

• Expertise in business requirements writing and communication.

• Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills

• Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation

• Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends

• Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase

• Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions, including senior leaders and financial advisors

• Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and organization under pressure

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Technical acumen as a product owner is desired.

• FINRA SIE and Series 99 required within 120 days
