Genesis Corp dba Genesis10 IT Business Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey
Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ, Atlanta, GA, Chandler, AZ, and Richmond, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit procedural documentation such as user guides and manuals
- Determine the type of publication that will best serves the project requirements
- Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to assist readers in understanding a product or process
- Gather feedback from customers, engineering, and operations teams to improve documentation
- Provide expert knowledge, support, and guidance to business and technology teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relative experience in Product/Service Management
- MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills
- Excellent organization skills an attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and to work independently
- Ability to edit and proofread work of colleagues
- Confidence to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and communication style
- Understands how to build networks quickly and leverage them
- Experience with IT Product Management, and ITIL v3 certification
- Cloud Providers: Azure, Google, AWS
- Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift
- Experience in agile development and tooling
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders
- Critical thinking skills
- Self-management
Pay Range: $46.18-$54.18
Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
