The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Overview:

The IAM Analyst will be responsible for executing access provisioning and deprovisioning. This includes troubleshooting various access issues and discrepancies. The analyst will be responsible for managing a ticketing system queue and complete tickets with quality and within SLA. It is important that the candidate possesses interpersonal skills to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes. The IAM Team is highly collaborative, and it is common for our associates to step out of their normal role when assistance is needed:

  • Identity management - Creating, storing, and managing identity access data - track and manage user identities, including the permissions and access levels associated with those identities.

  • Provisioning and deprovisioning of users - Creating and managing user accounts and entitlements e.g., specifying which users have access to which resources, assigning permissions and entitlement levels.

  • Access control Management - Determining who or what has access to which resources e.g., Defining user roles and permissions, setting up authentication and authorization mechanisms.

  • Access Recertification - Manage User/Non-user access recertification (e.g., privileged user access review, Top-tier access review, Branch table access, Folder access, Generic ID etc.).

  • Reports and monitoring - Generate reports on actions taken performed (e.g., Sign-in time, systems accessed, and type of authentication) to address compliance requirements and assess security risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert level of knowledge and applied expertise in server and desktop operating systems (Windows, Exchange, Active Directory, MSSQL, ServiceNow, etc.

  • Thorough knowledge of Active Directory (AD) needed.

  • General knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing systems

  • Knowledge of Exchange needed.

  • Creates, maintains, and disables user access within various technologies and systems, including but not limited to: Active Directory, Exchange and other MUFG specific applications

  • Ensure standard operating policy and procedures are followed for each transaction

  • Promptly handle all escalations ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Meet all required SLAs for activity closure

  • Provide troubleshooting skills to identify access related issues.

  • Assisting stakeholders in identifying, initiating, and tracking corrective actions to address anomalies.

  • Contribute and collaborate with various IAM teams for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Three to five years of related experience

  • Three to five years of queue management experience

  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Self-driven and proactive mindset and actions

  • Energetic, can work with little supervision, queue and SLA driven experience

  • Reliable time management and organization skills

  • Demonstrates the ability to convey technical information in simple language

  • The ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to learn new procedures when new systems, tools, applications are onboarded to the IAM ecosystem

Education:

Bachelors’ degree in related fields and/or equivalent work experience equally preferable.

Other Qualifications:

  • As per MUFG’s Return to Office policy , must work onsite for 4 days and 1 day remotely out of either 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY (Preferred), Jersey City, NJ (2nd Choice), Tampa, FL (3rd Choice), OR Tempe, AZ (4th Choice) office.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $40 per hour - $52 per hour depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
