JPMorgan Chase HR Change Management Lead in Jersey City, New Jersey

As a HR Change Management Lead, you will partner with teams across the firm who are building and improving these experiences to help the firm prepare and adopt big changes while navigating everyday workforce activities. We are looking for a senior Change Management Lead to align to the Employee Experience (EX) function to help us successfully navigate the integration and improvement of our digital channels.

Job responsibilities

• Lead change and readiness for specific products or portfolios; become an expert in customer experience, understanding problems, opportunities, desired outcomes, data/metrics, servicing models, and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers on prioritizing the product roadmap and scope of technology enhancements, improvements, and other change initiatives.

• Oversee all elements of change and readiness work, managing the team to ensure activities are completed effectively and efficiently, while engaging key senior leaders and stakeholders.

• Share knowledge across teams to mitigate cross-impacts, risks, and gaps, ensuring a cohesive approach to change management.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 7+ years in change management, consulting, or strategy roles, with experience leading cross-business or global initiatives and influencing teams.

• Data-driven and partner-oriented, capable of asking the right questions, multitasking, and connecting dots to deliver innovative ideas and flawless execution.

• Strong ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely, tailoring communications and resources to effectively meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.

• Results-driven, fostering team unity, and adept at overcoming obstacles under tight deadlines, always considering diverse perspectives for the best outcomes.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Jira, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, Figma, MS Project, and Visio is a plus.
