    A Day in the Life

    Seeking an accomplished and visionary Global Education Director of Makeup to lead and develop worldwide education initiatives. In this role, you will create and implement a comprehensive 360 omni-education strategy to drive our makeup product portfolio and brand growth. This role requires extensive expertise in makeup artistry, instructional design, and a keen understanding of the makeup consumer. You will work closely with Global Education team and key cross-functional partners to deliver impactful and innovative education experiences for global educators, customers, and internal teams worldwide.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, education, or cosmetology; advanced degree or certifications in related fields are a plus.

  • Education Authority: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in makeup education preferably with a global beauty brand. Demonstrates deep knowledge of makeup education, best practices in adult learning and facilitation, emerging trends, and immersed in the evolving global beauty landscape. Experience with online learning platforms, instructional design, and digital education tools.

  • Content Creator: Strong ability to produce engaging, high-quality consumer facing digital education that will be leveraged across social and digital channels.

  • Influential Leader: Leads and inspires cross-functional teams, both in-person and remote, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

  • Strategic Thinker: Translates data and insights into actionable education strategies that drive business growth. Possesses strong commercial instincts paired with organizational and time management skills.

  • Communication: Possesses Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and people skills.

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel/Word/ Power Point

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    Global Education Makeup Strategy:

  • Demonstrate a high level of makeup artistry, color theory and beauty industry knowledge to serve as a trusted authority on global makeup education.

  • Develop and execute a cohesive global education makeup strategy and roadmap that aligns with brand goals, values, and global business objectives.

  • Lead the creation and delivery of tailored education programs for different regions and audiences, including global educators, sales teams, retail partners, and end consumers.

  • Consumer-centric leader with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to tailor education strategies to maximize consumer needs and market impact.

  • Makeup expert that stays ahead of industry trends to ensure education initiatives remain modern, fresh, and relevant.

  • Establish clear and measurable objectives for all education initiatives, directly linking them to brand growth objectives. Analyze program effectiveness, track key performance indicators, and implement data-driven refinements to optimize impact and ROI.

    360° Omni-Education Excellence:

  • Design & facilitate global training materials that can be leveraged across consumer touchpoints with an emphasis on elevating experiences and building loyalty.

  • Integrate education initiatives across various channels, including in-person workshops, digital platforms, and social media, to create a consistent learning experience that supports a seamless consumer journey.

  • Conceptualize, film and edit education video tutorials that will be featured on social and digital channels to engage consumers on product demos and routines.

    Facilitation & Instructional Design:

  • Build innovative training materials and resources, such as manuals, videos, and virtual courses, that are clear, concise, and visually appealing to drive growth across the makeup category.

  • Experienced facilitator with the ability to facilitate engaging virtual and live format seminars that focus on brand heritage, product knowledge, makeup technique and trends, competitive insights, sales and service techniques and omni-education activations.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Dual reporting role closely working with marketing, product development and go to market teams acting as the voice of the makeup consumer and supporting growth across the makeup category.

  • Key marketing contributor working directly with makeup marketing teams on key launches, campaigns, and animations by providing education insights and creating education content that drives results.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of global makeup trends to function as an influential expert with product development and marketing.

  • Foster strong relationships with countries, zones, and global education teams to ensure consistency in training and education delivery across markets.

  • Inspiring global education leader that fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new and modern ways to drive education.

  • Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and opportunities for professional development.

  • Drive results through clear communication, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback.

  • Champion a culture of confidence and inclusion within the education team and across the brand.

    What We Offer

    Salary Range: $140,100– $203,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
