Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Cognos TM1 Developer to join their team. As a Cognos TM1 Developer, you will be part of the finance and accounting department supporting the Oracle GL shift to cloud project. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle General Ledger experience and possess the ability to work collaboratively within an agile team.

Job Title: Cognos TM1 Developer

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (2x/week in-person)

Pay Range: $80/hour W2 only

What's the Job?

• Apply data analysis skills for insights and map business processes and requirements.

• Work within agile teams and contribute to all assigned SDLC life cycle roles.

• Create user stories, address deployment needs, and analyze and extract insights from data.

• Act as a business intelligence and reporting relationship manager and collaborate with business and technical teams.

• Support data platform implementation, build analytical user entry screen-based systems, and ensure accurate data entry.

What's Needed?

• Strong Oracle General Ledger experience within a finance or accounting department.

• Highly proficient in Cognos Analytics Application(s) end to end tool stack along with databases, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and other supporting data tools.

• Ability to collaborate with the wider team and provide data-backed recommendations.

• Adaptability to changing project requirements and detail orientation.

• Regularly report project status and work on sprint-based cycles for timely task completion.
