The ideal candidate will work in a highly effective software development team responsible for the engineering and implementation of enhancing Tradeweb’s global trading platform.

Tradeweb is a market leader in providing innovative capabilities to some the largest Investment Banks, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds in these areas.

Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Ideal candidate will work in highly effective software development team responsible for developing & enhancing Tradeweb’s core trading systems for Fixed Income and Derivative Securities.

• Must have ability to work in a small team with good communication skills and ability to interact with technical team members as well as non-technical business teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of C++ experience in Windows environment utilizing object-oriented techniques, good testing methodology, and high quality.

• Experience in multi-threading, STL, Distributed Systems.

• Database application development experience utilizing SQL and relational database techniques.

• MS SQL server preferred.

Preferred

• Experience in developing high throughout, low latency, resilient software.

• Knowledge of Python/JavaScript programming

• Experience in developing FIX related application.

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $120,000 to $240,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
