The Position
Are you interested in a program that offers two one-year rotational assignments with the possibility of a role with global reach? Organon's Supply Chain Early Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is the role for you. The program provides executive coaching, mentoring, and a networking across all Supply Chain functions for a global healthcare company. Our Supply Chain ELDP program is looking for a motivated and driven individual to start as an Associate Specialist. The selected individual will gain experience in Supply Chain Management, Global Trade compliance, Demand Fulfillment, and Distribution & Logistics which develops pathways for future roles with Organon.
Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging, and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan that ensures products arrive on time and in full.
Responsibilities
Demand planning and fulfillment.
Logistics and Trade Compliance.
Advanced data analytics and robotic process automation.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following: Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Bioengineering, Engineering/Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or any related Business or Engineering field.
Proficient in Excel and advanced analytics methods.
Highly organized profile with customer focus, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively speak with senior management.
Team player that is also capable of working independently and deal with pressure.
Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
