Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, LLC seeks an Assistant Vice President, Data Analytics in Jersey City, NJCreate a comprehensive and consistent reporting and visualization suite for cross-sell campaigns performance. Develop insights, measurement capabilities, and KPIs to enable regular executive updates and benchmark creation. Partner with the data science team to provide predictive targeting capabilities (response models, product propensity models, Lifetime Value prediction) to enable and inform cross-sell strategy. Partner with data strategy and infrastructure leads to drive continuous improvement in processes and platforms, enabling continuous focus on driving strategy through analytics. Partner with marketing and digital product to ensure we provide consistent, measurable customer experience across channels.Requirements:Requires a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering, Data Science, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a Manager, Trainee Decision Scientist, or a closely related occupation.
