JPMorgan Chase Agile Lead - Fraud Risk in Jersey City, New Jersey

As an Agile Lead with the Fraud Risk Product team, you'll drive the scrum teams and agile ceremonies to help reduce fraud loss across CCB.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate scrum events including but not limited to; daily scrum, refinement, planning, review, and retrospective.

  • Assist teams in resolving impediments regardless of where they are in the organization

  • Understanding the customer, getting feedback to drive product development

  • Building and maintaining a healthy backlog

  • Organizing interactions with stakeholders

  • Embraces the concept of continuous learning in own journey and drives in the team by:

  • Protecting the team from churn

  • Driving velocity improvements

  • Lowering defect density

  • Promoting more frequent deployments

  • Assumes ownership role in the team and has shared accountability with the team on delivery and continuous improvements

  • Enables and ensures clear communication to help the Development team to meet its goal

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles and application of it at scale

  • Ability to flex approach based on the needs of the team/organization

  • Ability to use and analyze data/organizational metrics to identify trends, demonstrate progress and identify opportunities for the team

  • Solid and proven understanding of various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban & XP

  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Share Point
