AIG Senior Associate II, IT Business Analysis in Jeffersonville, Indiana

Develop, structure and track project plans across multiple work streams
Coordinate meetings and activities with various process owners and support groups
Ensure that risks and issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
Develop Business Requirements
Defining requirements/solution alternatives
Documenting requirements
Process Flow Charting
Data Mapping
Able to execute process and documentation related to quality assurance and testing
Develop and document business requirements for system and/or process changes. Articulate complex projects and status updates in writing to both Business and Technical personnel.
Able to translate the user/client requirements to development team
Able to support the necessary tools and applications required by the process owner
Work with business owners and SMEs to understand the business needs, identify and analyze the source of business/system problems, and recommend viable solutions.
Collaborate with other teams (developers, testers, business analysts, project managers, and architects) to analyze, plan, design, develop, test, and deliver solutions based on business requirements.
Provide status updates and reports on team assignments and projects
What we’re looking for:
Preferred 3+ years of experience in IT Analytical functions
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Possess strong analytical skills
Possess strong client management skills
Possess very strong communication skills
Possess the ability to handle multiple projects
Strong Knowledge in MS Office automation and proficient in MS Office development.
Experience with SSRS
Strong business and client engagement skills
Excellent in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent in analyzing process and creating process documents
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
Must be adept of handling multiple projects, with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities – preferably in AGILE methodology.
Proven ability to be flexible and committed to work hard, both independently and in a team environment in a high pressure on call environment
