Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Custom Manufacturing Assembler to join their team. As a Custom Manufacturing Assembler, you will be part of the Custom Manufacturing Operations supporting the production line on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, have strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Job Title: Custom Manufacturing Assembler

Location: Jefferson, GA

Pay Range: $16.00

What's the Job?

• Assist with assembly of components on production line on shop floor

• Load or unload items from machines, trays and trolleys on production line

• Feed or place items onto equipment or on the conveyors for packing and palletizing

• Ensure conformance to specifications and manufacturing instructions

• Pull damaged or ineffective equipment or product

What's Needed?

• Results driven with a focus on accuracy

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

• Strong oral and written communication skills, able to respond to customer emails and inquiries

• Ability to work with and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization

• Basic mathematic skills required

• Must be able to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed

• Ability to lift at least 40lbs
