ManpowerGroup Production Worker 1st Shift in Jefferson, Georgia
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Custom Manufacturing Assembler to join their team. As a Custom Manufacturing Assembler, you will be part of the Custom Manufacturing Operations supporting the production line on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, have strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Pay Range: $16.00
What's the Job?
Assist with assembly of components on production line on shop floor
Load or unload items from machines, trays and trolleys on production line
Feed or place items onto equipment or on the conveyors for packing and palletizing
Ensure conformance to specifications and manufacturing instructions
Pull damaged or ineffective equipment or product
What's Needed?
Results driven with a focus on accuracy
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Strong oral and written communication skills, able to respond to customer emails and inquiries
Ability to work with and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
Basic mathematic skills required
Must be able to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Ability to lift at least 40lbs
