Job Highlights:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Analyst adept in manual and automated testing, equipped with a proven track record of ensuring top-tier software quality. Job Summary:

Tests and supports medium-to-high complexity applications and technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Serves as a coordinator and has meaningful relationships with business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations.

• Use the plan to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other systems.

• Work collaboratively within the IT department and business units to execute and validate test cases based on system requirements.

• Have a very strong working knowledge of manual and automated testing processes, and QA tools.

• Ability to work independently on his/her own projects, but also assist with the mentoring and training of more junior members on the QA team.

• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.

• Identify opportunities to prevent bugs from occurring in the first place.

• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.

• Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related area, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of five years’ experience. Some experience in healthcare is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

• Rare climbing..
