Job Highlights:

We are looking for a Product Analyst adept at unlocking insights from complex datasets. A great candidate would be proficient in using SQL queries and data transformation techniques with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of cloud technologies. Experience with healthcare data, particularly with Epic or Clarity systems, is a strong plus.

This is a remote role, but we can only hire from MO, WI, OK, IL, AL, CO, FL, GA, IA, In, KS, KY, LA, MI, NC, NE SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WV.

Job Summary:

Works closely with the team to design and implement customized analytics products. Analyzes and optimizes the user experience. Authors user stories, creates process flow documentation, and communicates complex topics.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gains understanding of the departmental/domain business needs of end users.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business-impacting projects.

  • Breaks down features from stakeholders/product leaders into stories. Documents and communicates features and stories to developers.

  • Works with product owners and leadership to prioritize development stories.

  • Manages and prioritizes team backlog.

  • Writes test and success criteria for development stories.

  • Actively participates in all relevant agile meetings and ceremonies for each project iteration.

  • Participates in knowledge sharing, peer collaboration, mentoring and training of colleagues.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, IT or equivalent education and/or related experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • One year experience with Agile development framework

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
