Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic trade marketing plans to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and improve market share and focus on category management and distribution strategies.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute effective category management strategies, optimize distribution channels, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

What You’ll Do?

As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be part of our Marketing – Professional Channel Team located in Dubai, UAE. You’ll get to:

  • Develop and execute market plans in conjunction with sales and customers for the relevant SBU (brand, product portfolio within the SBU).

  • Employ the principles of Category Management with regards to range assortment, channel specific ranges, promotions, pricing, display/merchandise, replenishment and effective sales drivers to grow in the market place.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities within assigned product categories.

  • Develop and execute category plans to maximize product visibility, shelf space, and sales performance at retail outlets.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop tailored promotional campaigns and product assortments based on category insights.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors to ensure optimal product placement and availability.

  • Analyze distribution channels and make recommendations for improvements to enhance market coverage and reach new customer segments.

  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to retailers.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.

  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional initiatives to drive sales while maintaining profitability.

  • Negotiate agreements with retail partners and distributors to secure favorable terms and drive mutual business objectives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to support product development efforts and enhance the competitiveness of the product portfolio.

What We Need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or related roles within the industry.

  • Regional Knowledge of Middle East

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade marketing strategies that drive sales and market share growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market research, and consumer insights.

  • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strategic mindset, with ability to think long term while executing with precision and agility in fact paced enivroment.
