[BBandE is seeking an Administrative and Workflow Specialist to provide support to the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) onsite at JBSA-Lackland, TX.

• At the direction of the government, process MAJCOM-level FOIA requests in accordance with AFMAN 33-302.
• Conduct needed research to complete requests.
• Support government training and guidance efforts.
• Prepare acknowledgements, denials, and/or response memos.
• Prepare required correspondence and documentation (e.g., guidance, correspondence, reports, studies, briefings, background papers, and implementation plans.

• Secret Security Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Minimum two (2) years of related experience required.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint, and Outlook is required.

Experience working with the DoD or Air Force, particularly providing executive clerical or analytical support, is preferred.

Prior military service or a detailed working-level knowledge of the force structure is preferred.
