Ø Manage the SCRUM team(s) in-line with Agile Values and Principles.

Ø Facilitates the SCRUM Process by coordinating with Agile Coach and Manager.

Ø Organize and facilitate Project Planning, Daily SCRUM Stand-up Meetings, Reviews, Retrospectives, SPRINT and Release Planning, Demos and other SCRUM Meetings.

Ø Keeps SCRUM Artifacts/Status visible and current through Physical and/or Digital Scrum Board to provide transparency across all product stakeholders.

Ø Help Product Owner(s) with SPRINT planning. Provide periodic status review report to management and highlight the issues on-time to the right forum that will affect the quality/delivery of the product.

Ø Actively contribute to ongoing Agile software development process, procedures and best practices.

Ø Mentor and guide team members on technical and functional aspects of the role.

Ø Ensuring all work conforms to ADP’s Agile software development process & principles

Qualifications you’ll need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience:

Ø Overall 10 years of software development experience in a technology company involving in complete SDLC of the product development particularly using Agile SCRUM methodology.

Ø Minimum 3+ Years in handling one or more SCRUM teams, Project Management in Agile based Product Development environment, virtual team co-ordination with hands-on technical delivery experience.

Ø 6+ Year of experience in providing technical leadership and providing solutions (design and architecture) in a product development environment using Microsoft .Net Technologies preferably in C#, ASP .Net, Web Services and SQL Server.

Ø Strong Design & Coding experience in .Net Framework using OOPS Concepts, Principles and Design Patterns.

Ø Experience with industry leading project management practices including understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and procedures

Ø Ability to organize and execute projects in a consistent, repeatable and reliable manner

Ø Must be collaborative in driving decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• PMP or equivalent professional project management certification

• Advanced knowledge of functional area and related company products

• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple functions/organizations to identify and negotiate required resources

• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and facilitation skills

• Ability to manage across formal organizational lines

• Strong team leadership and ability to delegate responsibility to all levels of the project team and hold team accountable for deliverables

• Expertise with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Visio

• Commitment to being accountable for results

• Ability to interface with and present to all levels of the organization

• Proven track record of building relationships both internally and externally

• Strong focus on client service

• Ability to think independently and make decisions

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Collaborative approach to work
