MILLWORK SUPPLY Production Manager in Jasper, Alabama
Job description
[[A small to medium-sized wood cabinetry manufacturer, is seeking a production manager for it's Jasper Alabama facility. Candidates must have the following : [- At least 5 years of management experience in wood cabinetry management. [- Experience with panel processing equipment such as computerized panel saws, CNC routers, edgebanders, wide belt sanders and pocket boring and line boring equipment. [- Experience with production wood cabinetry in face frame, frame less , and beaded inset cabinet construction formats. [- Experience with production wood finishing techniques including wiping and dye stains, lacquer based paints and primers and conversion varnish topcoats. [- Experience with kitchen design and production management software. [- The ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a work force of up to 20 people. [- The ability to develop and follow a budget for labor and raw material and to adjust production accordingly to meet these goals. [- The ability to direct the installation crews and communicate effectively with customers. [We are a Christian company. We value integrity and honesty more than any other attribute.
