Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center In-Home Case Manager - Jasper- Full Time in Jasper, Alabama
An in-home case manager is responsible for visiting clients at their homes, developing a systematic written case plan, establishing links between the consumer and service providers, completing appropriate and timely documentation, and providing money management services for specified clients. This position can be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM-4PM
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in a human services field.
- Will accept a new graduate. Experience is preferred but not required.
- Must complete ADMH-approved case manager training.
- Knowledge of computer skills, including computer software programs such as Word Processing, Excel, Outlook and typing at 40+ wpm
- Valid/non-expired driver's license or state-issued ID card. This position requires driving. To meet the driving requirements, you must be at least 21 andhave an insurable driving record to utilize company vehicles.
