About your new role: As a Product Planning Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day planning and scheduling activities; inventory control of raw material and finished goods; order processing; and customer service consistent with corporate policy. APICS certification preferred. Demonstrated customer service acumen. Excellent communication, math and organizational skills. Detail oriented. Ability to work under pressure. Demonstrated ability to meet multiple task deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrated facility with Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office programs.
