21st Century and My Brothers Keeper
Leadership or Paid Internship Opportunity
Job duties:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Conduct monthly collaboration meetings with after school program partners
Assist with conducting quarterly Advisory Council meetings
Recruit and hire individuals to deliver quality intramurals and clubs
Access and analyze various data systems to determine student progress in attendance, behavior, and course completion
Act as liaison between parents, navigators, partner agencies, teachers and principals to ensure transparent communication and collaboration between all involved parties
Lead programming efforts for LEAP, JUMP and afterschool programs
Work closely with school FACE teams to develop family and community engagement activities
Maintain data and attendance records records in EZ reports for 21st Century programs
Maintain appropriate records for non afterschool programs
Conduct regular "check in" visits of all afterschool programs
Leverage relationships with community agencies and businesses to engage with and support district initiatives
Complete required 21st Century reports
Track expenditures within the 21st Century and local community schools budgets that support after school programs
Organize FACE programming through My Brother's Keeper Grant
Preferred Qualifications
- NYS Administrative Certification or Certificate of Administrative
Minimum Qualifications:
- Teacher certification
Salary - $64, 384 - $68, 861
Salary is based on budget proposals from originally proposed and approved grants (MBK Face and 21st Century)
