Alterra Finance and Accounting Officer in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia
Position Summary:
Finance & Accounting Officer is responsible for daily financial operations, monthly financial closing, and preparing financial reports.
Core Responsibility:
Daily Financial Operations
Monitoring daily sales activities, including creating sales invoices and registering payment on invoices paid.
Monitoring daily purchase activities, including creating PO and payment to vendors.
Monitoring inventories movement
Monthly Financial Closing Activities
Perform bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly journal e.g. depreciation, accrual
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights into the financial performance of the organization.
Job Requirement:
Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Accounting / Finance
Min. 1-2 years position in the Accounting / Finance field
Experienced in a startup, e-commerce, distributor or similar environment will be better.
Experienced using Odoo or other ERP is a point plus
Have a basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Have a basic knowledge of taxation
Have a basic data analytical skill and data processing
Fluent in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet (IF, VLOOKUP, & other Financial Formula needed
