PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage daily leasing and marketing progress of project under management.

• Monitor and analyse leasing progress and transactions.

• Develop relationships with client of project under leadership

• Manage tenant relationship and enhance the frequency and quality of tenant interaction.

• Coordinate marketing team and prepare Leasing and Marketing reports for presentation to the client on weekly and monthly basis.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

• Understand of Indonesia retail market

• Ability to read and understand floor plan of retail projects (malls) and concept.

• Familiar with brands in fashion, F&B, Consumer Products

• Good command in English

• Self-motivated and good analytical skills

• Creative mind, energetic with strong business sense.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.

• Strong and effective result-oriented sales ability

• Strong negotiation skill

• Customer Orientation

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, preferably in Real Estate related disciplines.

• Over 5 years working experience, preferably in Sales or Marketing or retail sector.

• Experience dealing with retail leasing communities (both landlords and tenants).
