Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategy & selling plan, and ensure we meet our objectives and property opportunities are handled to the benefit of project.

  • Participate in development of systems and processes to identify potential customers - their profiles and requirements so that products and services are highly marketable, and targets are achieved.

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships within the organization and with clients, external agencies, to promote and achieve targets.

  • Prepare market comparison, to determine competitive market price.

  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

  • Accompany customers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.

  • Prepare business reports regularly to clients.

  • Work closely with the team leader/ department head and the team members to achieve personal target /department target and project target as agreed with the Clients

  • Deliver high quality services to the Clients

  • Develop relationships with Clients with the aim of securing the appointments in the future

  • Liaise with the Client’s representative regarding all matters outside of agreed delegated levels of authority

  • As a person in charge for the project, to do deals to fill-in the building & helping teams to close deals in the project

  • Do referral with staff in other Cushman & Wakefield service lines (Interior Design, Property management, other marketing departments) for the benefit of the business as a whole.

Note: Clients means Developer/Landlord

KEY SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES

  • Doing professional sales & marketing role and know how to deal with corporate clients.

  • Knowledge of International companies in Indonesia

  • Knowledge of property business in general

  • Having networks

  • Has strong selling and negotiation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability of speaking and writing English.

  • Good appearance and attitude.

  • Team player.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, preferably business administration, finance, real estate, marketing, commerce or economics.

  • 2-4 years of work experience in direct sales - property industry or other related businesses.
