Working closely in a small team of Capital Markets with the Head of Department delivering best in class disposal process of a single asset or a portfolio of asset.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Develop networking with multiple type of clients.

• Preparation of marketing collateral including teaser, information memorandum.

• Update market conditions, property prices and legal related matters.

• Assist in a transaction process.

Key Skills and Capabilities

• Good analytical and presentation skill.

• Good understanding of property market and business trends.

• Good understanding of property sales documentation and taxation.

• Knowledge of laws and government regulations related to property.

• Excellent communication in English.

• Ability to prepare cashflow projection and analysis.

• Ability to produce high quality marketing collateral and marketing report in English.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Good team player, also able to work independently

• Excellent in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Words

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Real Estate

• Minimum 1 – 3 years of experiences in Valuation, Consultancy, Investment Sales, Capital Markets or Business Development
