Job Description Summary

Support Tenant Advisory Group team in delivering Client’s projects appointment and maintain research data which shall be used for both client and internal reference.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • To assist in project executions and manage transactions in terms of preparing project reports, strategic reviews, in-depth financial analysis, reviewing legal documents, negotiation process, etc.

  • To penetrate and keep track of market activities.

  • To develop relationship with occupiers with aim of securing appointment in the future.

  • To liaise with the client’s representative for detail process and support in project administration.

  • To deliver high quality tenant representation services.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Finance, Real estate, Marketing or Administration or related disciplines.

  • Proven track record with 1 – 2 years of work experiences, preferable in real estate industry.
