Tax Supervisor

Main Purpose

The role will be to assist the tax manager with the tax function. The role will also require a working knowledge of accounting.

You will play a key role in managing all tax related issues for the global organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ambitious, likes variety and has a strong drive to build and develop.

Experience :

• Minimum 8-10 years post-qualification relevant experience in similar positions or relevant role.

Competencies :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Capable of working in groups as well as independently.

• Professional management of employee relationships at all levels.

• Team player with an enthusiastic approach to fresh challenges

Key Responsibilities

• Leading Tax Audit

• Compilation of Data for Tax Assessments, Co-ordinating closely with the Tax Consultants for all Assessment and any Other Matters and ensuring all the Notices are replied to as per the timelines

• Corporate Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Withholding Tax Compliance, Tax Return Filings and Other Related Filings

• Monitoring Withholding Tax Compliance reconciliation

• Monitoring VAT Compliances including Input & Output Tax Reconciliation

• Handling VAT Refund, Assessments & litigation

• Review fiscal accounts, liaise with auditors to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
