What is the job about?
To ensure all activities related to Supply Chain Management are carried out as per established procedure and accordance with Grundfos’s requirements at competitive rates, ensuring deliveries and will take a progressive approach in reviewing current systems and procedures, making recommendations and implementing change in the achievement of operational processes and improvements. All in line with Group spec, Policy and Procedures. Your job purpose will be for GAS .

Senior Supply Chain Planner shall responsible to execute, monitor and control all Supply Chain activities in a Performance Unit. To perform the job in delivering all the process in the most effective and efficient way.
Your main responsibilities:
Monitor KPI and provide collaborative solution with all stakeholders to ensure achievement is on track
Provide depth analysis on end-to-end Supply Chain process, identify bottlenecks and provide solution to improve process
Provide comprehensive analysis, execution and monitoring of the plant supply demand and forecast planning together with Sales, 1Office and Production
In charge and deliver orders for each Performance Unit
Perform sourcing new vendors, launch RFQs and obtain best quotation, negotiation, vendor assessment & evaluation and maintain the vendor relationship
Coordinate with related stakeholders (Sales, 1Office, Operations) to solve any technical or contractual issues
Execute all open requisition in the system in timely manner
Ensure PO are issued in accordance with company’s terms and condition
Obtain order confirmation from vendors
Follow up with vendors to ensure the on-time delivery
Provide advices to vendors to ensure all delivery issues are resolved in a timely manner and execution are in the right track
Review and improve all external vendor agreements to minimize risk, lower the cost and improve lead time and quality
Closely coordination with Sales and CSSC to provide delivery update
Closely coordination with Shipping coordinator for all shipment matters
Ability to analyze data and forecast demand accurately
Involved in pre-bid meeting with sales (if required) to determine and provide advices in term of any supply chain activities and delivery strategy
Ensure all documentation are well documented for future audit purposes
Support all any other tasks in the Supply Chain Management team
Meticulous in ensuring all aspects of production plans are accurate
Your Background :
At least 5 years of experience in the related field or 3 year as planner or SC Manager
English is mandatory
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
MS Office and SAP literate
Technical Competencies:
Demand Planning: Ability to analyze historical data, market trends, and customer requirements to develop accurate demand forecasts.
Supply Chain Optimization: Proficiency in optimizing supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize lead times.
Inventory Management: Skills in maintaining optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
ERP/MRP Systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems for effective planning and coordination.
Industry Knowledge:
Supply Chain Trends: Awareness of industry trends and best practices in supply chain planning and management.
Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the supply chain domain.
