Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Manager will lead, implement and execute the key account management's way of working within an area. In this role, you will provide guidance and direction to frontline sales workforce professionals, supervisors and all sales operations activities for a portfolio of products or services within a broader geographic area.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the customer organization and prospective customers as you look to build out the customer portfolio.

  • Monitor customer activity and requirements closely to ensure continuous value creation and optimization.

  • Execute strategies focused on expanding customer base and portfolio within defined geographic locations.

  • Plan, direct and coordinate sales to accomplish objectives.

  • Educate customers about our new products or services, prices and innovations.

  • Help less experienced sales representatives solve complex problems.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum three year of directly related work experience

  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has knowledge with key account management way of working

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Has negotiation and problem solving skill
