About the Role
The key responsibilities and tasks for this role include:
Business Performance Process and Reviews : Overseeing the business performance process and conducting reviews for the Indonesian market.
Planning Cycle :
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development.
Monthly Latest Estimate updates.
Mid to Long-term Planning :
Participation in the Annual Strategy Committee (ASC).
Providing Medium Term Guidance.
Financial Statements Closing :
- Managing monthly and annual closing of management financial statements.
Finance Partnership :
- Acting as a finance business partner specifically for the Beer & Ready-to-Drink (RTD) segments.
Compliance Leadership :
- Leading compliance efforts related to CARM control within the commercial Beer and RTD sectors.
Stock-in-Trade Control :
- Engaging with the Filling Assurance Committee (FAC) to manage stock-in-trade control [Stock-in-Trade Global Standard.txt].
Audit Support :
- Supporting financial statutory, tax, and regulatory audits as required.
Financial Submissions :
- Submitting various financial requirements to regional and global teams.
Ad hoc Analysis and Strategic Projects :
- Conducting ad hoc analyses, developing business cases, and participating in strategic projects.
Stakeholder Management :
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders including Leadership Team, Finance team, Commercial Beer & RTD team, GBO & FC team, Regional & Global teams, Distributors, and external auditors
These responsibilities ensure comprehensive financial oversight, strategic planning support, compliance adherence, effective stakeholder management, and contribution to overall business performance enhancement in Indonesia.
