The Position

Oversees, manages, and steers all demand planning activities for customers across a range of SKUs and product categories and thereby coordinates cross-functional inputs from sales and marketing and other sources to ensure optimized service levels and efficient inventory management.

Liason of all supply chain activities with between Our Company and distributors.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Execute replenishment planning activities such as:

• Ensure the availability of accurate inventory and forecast data on defined schedules

• Coordinate with ROPU CSCM on supply planning if there are changes in the local requirement

• Order and shipment monitoring (incl. surplus/shortage alert)

• Order taking from distributors

• Monthly projection of shipment sales

2. Launch/change coordination of related CSCM workflows:

• Collect the requirements of launch/change application and coordinate with different functions (RA, Marketing and Controlling) and align with ROPU CSCM on logistic launch/change preparation

• Execute & monitor the timely completion of System for Launch & Change Implementation (SLCI) work items/logistic milestones and OnePac (artwork system)

• Coordinate necessary supply chain activities with distributors in preparation of the launch, ie: SKU creation

3. Chairs and manage local Sales and Operations Planning process to conduct demand/supply review and portfolio management (complexity reduction) with business, regulatory, finance and quality management

4. Ensure the balancing of supply chain costs, product availability and inventory levels

5. Manage customer service and order management activities (as a distributor model country, the distributor is the customer):

• Customer contact

• Order processing, validation, changes, shipment confirmations

• Tender management, including follow-up and manage coordination with distributors on the replenishment planning

• Foreign trade & Export handling and license control in collaboration with the MA holders

• Logistics complaints management

6. Act as Export Control Expert as deem necessary.

Requirements

• Role will be based in Indonesia until a maximum period of December 2027. Candidate must be open to relocate to the cluster center in Malaysia after 2-3 years (maximum December 2027).

• University degree of Bachelor or equivalent

• APICS certified or equivalent is preferred

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain management experience in life science industry. Ideally, with some experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) type business

• Experience in managing Sales and Operations Planning process

• Proven ability to work in cross function team and matrix organization

• Professional level of downstream supply chain management including data analytics

• Profound knowledge of trade regulations and management of distributors, 3rd party logistics and warehousing provided

• Robust knowledge of financial business planning and impact of supply chain cost towards income statement and balance sheet

• Analytical thinking

• Extensive know-how on MRP system (SAP Advance Planning & Optimization (APO) & Sales Distribution (SD), JDA, MS Excel (analytics and mass data processing))

• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English

• Excellent communication skills

• Effective negotiator with excellent presentation skills (oral and written)

• Strong in business partnering
